Our associates come from a range of different
professional backgrounds with expertise in human resource management and development, training design and delivery,
formal and informal education, policy development, project management, local and central government, community education
and community development, event design and management including dialogue facilitation.
A number of associates have worked with the Scottish
Civic Forum, designing and managing processes to involve a wide range of stakeholders in dialogue and consultation.
These included different types of events from small scale seminars involving 6 people to larger scale multi-day
conferences for 200 people. This unique combination of skills and professionalism means that Wilkie Associates is well
placed to tackle a wide range of organisational needs. Inclusive, participatory engagement was a key Forum
